India Kawasaki Motors will increase the prices of eight models in the range of Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000 from January 1. The motorcycles are the Ninja 1000SX, Ninja 650, Z650, Z900, Vulcan S, Versys 650, Versys 1000 and W800.
The Kawasaki Ninja 650 price will go up from Rs 6.24 lakh to Rs 6.39 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX price will jump from Rs 10.89 lakh to Rs 11.04 lakh (ex-showroom). Both the bikes will get a price hike of Rs 15,000.
The Kawasaki Z650 price will increase by Rs 10,000 to Rs 6.04 lakh from Rs 5.94 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Kawasaki Z900 will get a price hike of Rs 20,000 to Rs 8.19 lakh from Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Kawasaki Versys 650 price will rise by Rs 15,000 to Rs 6.94 lakh from Rs 6.79 lakh (ex-showroom). The Kawasaki Versys 1000 will get a price hike of Rs 20,000 from Rs 10.99 lakh to Rs 11.19 lakh (ex-showroom).
The price of Kawasaki Vulcan S will move Rs 15,000 north from Rs 5.79 lakh to Rs 5.94 lakh (ex-showroom). The Kawasaki W800 will witness a price rise of Rs 10,000 from Rs 6.99 lakh to Rs 7.09 lakh (ex-showroom).

India Kawasaki Motors' off-road range -- KX (KX100, KX250 and KX450) and KLX (KLX110, KLX140G and KLX450R) -- will not see any price hike. The KX and KLX models are not road-legal and enter India as CBUs.

While the new prices will come into effect from January 1, India Kawasaki Motors has announced that if a customer books a motorcycle on or before December 31, the current ex-showroom price will be applicable.
